The table below details our supplier value measures and targets to 2025. It reports our performance and demonstrates progress by innovating in partnership with suppliers in the delivery of our purpose.
Performance highlights in 2021 include:
- Successfully launched our new approach to responsible supply chain management for AMP7 called United Supply Chain (USC).
- Developed new Responsible Sourcing Principles and, via our partnership with Supply Chain Sustainability School, offered both our commercial colleagues and supply chain partners free resources to learn more about them.
- Supported our suppliers during COVID-19, changing payment terms from 14 to 7 days to help with cash flow and offered a range of payment options such as advanced payment, payment on application or modified terms.
